Pan Pacific loses Hotel in Bangkok

Pan Pacific Hotel Group today confirmed that its agreement to operate popular hotel Pan Pacific Bangkok in Thailand, until the end of 2010 will not be renewed. The Group has managed the hotel, owned by Ramaland development, under the brand Pan Pacific since 1995. Development Ramaland is owned by Hotel Kajima Corporation Japan. Pan Pacific will work again the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Bangkok, which opened earlier this year, about 55, Sukhumvit Soi Thonglor. We have had an excellent relationship with Ramaland development co., Ltd of the last 15 years and wish you every success with the property, said a. Patrick Imbardelli, President and CEO of Pan Pacific Hotel Group.  We strongly will pursue new opportunities for our brands in Bangkok and Thailand. We are confident of the long-term prospects of this extraordinary country and won't be long before we find-definition that brand and brand-appropriate hotel for us. The Pan Pacific Bangkok is a Premier Hotel in the city colored and has a strong following Japanese, thanks in part to its proximity to greatly missed Thaniya Plaza .the hotel will be rebranded as the Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park on 1 January 2011.
