Turkish Airlines takes delivery of A330-300 and A330-200F

[HD video below] Turkish Airlines has taken delivery of its first Airbus A330-300 and A330-200 Freighter first. The aircraft, both equipped with Rolls-Royce engines, will support Turkish Airlines ambitious growth plans in both passenger and cargo markets. The A330-300, seats 28 passengers in business class and 261 in economics, will be used on the routes of medium and long range from the hub airline s in Istanbul. Is the first of ten type ordered Turkish Airlines in 2009. The A330-200F will be used by Turkish Cargo on long-range routes from Shanghai and Hong Kong and to expand the Turkish Cargo network. Is the first of two A330-200 Freighter aircraft joining existing airlines all Airbus fleet of four A310s. The A330-300 has a range of up to 5,650 nm/10,500 km with a full passenger load. The A330-200F is capable of carrying 64 tonnes over 4, 000nm/7, 400 km or 70 tonnes on 3, 5, 200nm/900km.
